Mark listened to all of my needs when it came to my bathroom renovation, he managed the whole process so it was seamless and as low stress as possible for me. He produced mood boards of all the products and a 3D model so I could visualise what it was going to look like before appointing a builder. His attention to detail was second to none and meant that he foresaw any coordination issues before they arose with the builder and mitigated the problems by resolving them with detailed setting out drawings. He was brilliant at problem solving with issues that arose during the build, he dealt with them efficiently and effectively whilst ensuring that all my needs were met.
